In an effort to bring to light the potential of the city as an emerging IT hub of Kerala, CRN India, a B2B IT publication of The Indian Express Group, in partnership with Dell Technologies and Ingram Micro, organised Transformation Tour, a one-day conference, on 15th September 2023, at Radisson Blu, Kochi

Esteemed industry experts, namely Jayan Jacob Meledom, Director & CEO, Activelogica Lifescience Innovations Pvt Ltd; V. Mohan Das, CEO, Mohan's Electronics & Illuminators; Jerry Thomas, Director, Copious Consultants & Copious Infotech; and Rana Pandey, Group Product Manager, Ingram Micro, shared invaluable insights.

The consensus among these experts was clear: for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) embarking on the journey of digital transformation, understanding their individual needs and limitations is paramount. This initial assessment forms the bedrock upon which a clear roadmap for digital transformation is constructed.
