Featuring insightful keynotes, live tech demos and power packed panel discussion, this exclusive event was organised to deep dive into how one can strengthen partnership with Dell to drive the next chapter of growth and deliver more and more value to the end customers with the help of Dell products and solutions, that will help create a strong foundation for informed, time-bound decision-making.
Digital transformation strategies for SMBs
The session started with an interesting power packed panel discussion on the topic 'Navigating the Digital Landscape: Strategies for SMBs in India to Embrace Digital Transformation'.
During the discussion, Pradyuman Sharma, Managing Director- IT, Gopinath Hospital Pvt Ltd expressed, "Nowadays, technology plays a very important role in diagnosing the patients. Digital technology has accelerated the real-time data collection, which is ultimately saving human lives. During the Covid pandemic, we have seen digital technology help a lot in the consultation process."
Shyam Sunder Raj Purohit, Head -IT, Lotus Dairy stated, "Choosing the right technology platform has become a challenge nowadays. Organisations today should have a separate security team. And the security should give the right access to the right users only."
Manoj Kumar Saxena, Dy. Managing Director, Fingrowth Bank remarked, "Our aim is to protect our customers and our business from cyber attacks. We have to choose which technology is right for the organisation. To prevent our organisation from any data breaches, we have kept our devices secure and taught our staff about cyber security."
Ramesh Repaka, Lead- pre-sales India, Dell Technologies, said, "We see emerging technologies like AI & ML making inroads in the SMBs, and we are helping organisations in securing and protecting their devices and solutions."
The deliberations during the session between the panelists gave an insight into cyber security threats that SMEs face and how to mitigate the risks, improve strategies to get the best out of emerging technologies and digital transformation.

Sameer Bhargava, Johns Electronic stated, “In terms of technology, Jaipur is gradually growing in digital adoption. I believe the city needs to be aware of the field of AI and information security. We didn't get the chance to explore working with Dell yet. But definitely after attending this event we may think of working with Dell in the field of cyber security. We really appreciate the efforts Dell has made to bring technology and innovation to our city.”
