Additionally, Dell EMC PowerEdge racks were showcased as a means to construct a state-of-the-art infrastructure, reducing IT issues and promoting business success.

The event continued with a Customer Solution Group (CSG) session titled "Embrace the Future of Work," delivered by Gopal Doshi, Partner Account Manager at Dell Technologies. Doshi discussed the significance of Personalised Performance Dell Optimizer, an AI-based software that enhances the overall work experience irrespective of location. The session highlighted Dell's commitment to providing innovative, flexible solutions, intelligent and secure technologies, and unique remote and hybrid work experiences. Doshi also emphasised Dell's capability to accelerate modernisation, achieving outcomes faster through zero-touch deployment, comprehensive security, unified management, and predictive support. Moreover, Doshi shared Dell Technologies' commitment to sustainability, stating that 50 percent of Dell products will be recyclable by 2027, aligning with the company's dedication to a sustainable future and accessibility enhancements for users with disabilities.
